T16 Fluid Damped (5-35kg)

Our single point (platform) load cells model T4, T5 and T6 are double bending beam single point load cells, manufactured from high quality aluminium alloy. Its design allows for high accuracy weight measurement with off-centre loads. It's potted and silicone sealed to IP66. Model T4 and T5 confirms to 3000 divisions accuracy class, while Model T6 confirms to 4000 divisions accuracy class.

Model T12 is manufactured from stainless steel, fully welded and hermetically sealed to IP68 & IP69K to provide total environmental protection and so is ideal for use in harsh environments. T12 is certified with OIML R60 Class C3. For less severe environments, model T11 and T12A nickel plated alloy steel load cells are constructed with a humidity-resistant silicone potting compound. For use in dynamic applications such as high speed checkweighing, our fluid damped T16 model has a grade 316 stainless steel housing that is protected to IP68 by a special venting kit allowing for wash-down in harsh environments that require regular cleaning. The T16 also has an integrated bi-directional stop for protection against overloads.

We can supply technical drawings and 3D CAD files (e.g. in STEP format) to engineers who are specifying load cells for new equipment.

All of our load cells manufactured since July 2014 are RoHS 2 compliant.
